Shipping Policies

Order Processing
Our fulfilment centre is located in Bangkok, Thailand. The range of products available and the corresponding shipping costs depend on the delivery address provided. If your order contains products that cannot be delivered to your region, the checkout page will indicate this, and you will be unable to complete the order.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Once you have entered your shipping address at checkout, the site will calculate and display the shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on destination and volumetric weight. Orders shipped within Thailand qualify for complimentary delivery when the total is at least 2,000 THB.

Delivery Time
Our fulfilment centre operates five days a week.

  • Orders confirmed before 3:30 pm Bangkok Time (GMT+6:00) will be dispatched the next day, provided items are in stock.
  • Orders confirmed after 3:30 pm will be shipped the following 2 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that Devarana mattresses are made-to-order and do not follow the above timelines.

Confirming Receipt
When your delivery arrives, please sign the delivery note in the presence of the courier and carefully inspect your order. If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, note this clearly on the delivery slip and contact us immediately.

If you will not be available to receive your order, please ensure that the person signing on your behalf is aware of these inspection steps.

Should you refuse to sign for an order without valid reason, you may be responsible for associated freight and operational costs.

Disclaimer
Devarana cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the guest.
  2. Orders returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.
  3. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, adverse weather, government orders, traffic restrictions, strikes, changes in laws or regulations, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in new condition, and accompanied by their original packaging and accessories. Refunds are issued once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Items that have been used (except in cases of defect).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Items with broken seals or altered receipts

Purchase Terms & Conditions

  • Orders: May be placed online through checkout. An Order Confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance.
  • Prices: Displayed in your selected currency and subject to change. Prices do not include shipping, VAT, or duties.
  • Payments: Securely processed through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Alipay. Debit and credit card billing occurs at the time of order.
  • Delivery: Conducted by approved third-party carriers. Recipient (or delegate, aged 18+) must sign for delivery.
  • Returns: Items may be returned within 15 days (see Return Policy above). An RMA number is required.
  • Jurisdiction: Sales are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
